Everyday care

The daily rhythm, handled

Feeding, walks, medication, litter, grooming — set them once and check them off as you go. What's done stays recorded, so nothing gets doubled up or forgotten.

Routines & reminders

Build recurring routines for each pet with their own times and schedules. Reminders arrive when a task is due, including medication doses.

A record of what's done

Completed tasks are logged with the time they happened, and you can add short observations — appetite, energy, anything worth remembering.

Shared responsibilities

When more than one person helps out, everyone sees the same list and the same history — so it's clear what's been taken care of.

Health history

Your pet's history, ready when it matters

Vaccinations, weight, conditions, medications, vet visits and documents live together in one timeline — per pet, in date order.

  • One timeline per pet

Scan the full history or filter to a single category when you're looking for something specific.

  • Weight and trends over time

Log weights as you take them and see the direction of travel, rather than a number in isolation.

  • Useful at appointments

Dates, doses and past visits are in your pocket, so you can answer your vet's questions without reconstructing it from memory.

Documents

Turn paperwork into organized records

Vet notes, vaccination certificates and invoices usually arrive as a PDF or a photo. Upload a supported document and Patilo reads the health details it can find, then hands them to you as a draft record.

  • Upload a document or image

Add the file from your phone or camera roll and pick which pet it belongs to.

  • You review every field

Extracted details are shown as suggestions. Edit anything that looks wrong and delete what you don't need.

  • Save it to the timeline

Once you confirm, it becomes a normal record — filed by date, with the original file attached.

Document extraction is an organizational convenience, not a medical or diagnostic service. It can miss or misread information, so nothing is saved until you've reviewed it. Always rely on your veterinarian and the original documents for clinical decisions.

Connected care

Care that stays connected

Pets are rarely looked after by one person alone. Share what's needed with the people who help — and only for as long as they need it.

Households & caregivers

Invite the people in your household to share your pets, routines and records. Pet sitters, walkers and family members can be given caregiver access so they see the care schedule and can mark tasks complete, without taking ownership of the profile.

Emergency profiles

Each pet has an emergency profile with the essentials — identification, conditions, medications and contacts. Share it as a link with a sitter or an emergency vet, and revoke that link whenever you want.

How it works

Set up in three steps

01

Add your pet

Name, species, breed, birthday and weight — plus a photo and microchip number if you have them. Add as many pets as you look after.

02

Organize their care

Set up routines and reminders for the day, then start their health history from scratch or from documents you already have.

03

Keep everyone informed

Invite your household, give caregivers access when they need it, and keep an emergency profile ready to share.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Can I manage more than one pet?
Yes. You can add as many pets as you care for, dogs and cats alike, and switch between them anywhere in the app. Each pet keeps its own routines, reminders, health records and weight history.
How do I share access with family or a sitter?
People in your household can be invited to share your pets and see the same routines and records. Caregivers such as sitters and walkers can be given access to the care schedule so they can follow it and mark tasks complete. You stay the owner of the profile and can change or remove access.
What happens when I upload a document?
Patilo reads the supported document or image and suggests the health details it can identify — record type, dates, medications and similar fields. Nothing is saved automatically: the suggestions are shown for you to check, edit or discard first. It's a way to save typing, not a diagnostic tool, and it can miss or misread information.
What is an emergency profile link?
It's a web link to a single pet's emergency information — identification, known conditions, current medications and who to contact. You can send it to a sitter or a vet who doesn't use the app, and revoke it at any time, which immediately stops the link from working.
When will the app be available?
Patilo is in active development for iOS and Android. Store links aren't live yet — join the waitlist and we'll let you know when it's ready to download.
